Vacuum Pressing
Many of our part profiles feature shaped or curved sides. We produce these parts by machining the desired shape - then laminating various types of vinyls, foils, veneers. high gloss materials and Kydex on to and around the surfaces of the part.
Our press is 52inches wide by 102 inches in length which allows quite a few parts to be pressed simultaneously - or larger surfaces up to 4x8ft can fit.
