Custom Designed High Speed Router:
Here's a view of the rear of the machine which features 3 high speed powerful planer motors each of which are independently servo-spaced under software control. This means that they can cut apart, V-Groove and plane any size parts rapidly and accurately.
Our router incorporates 2 large tables which holds the sheets or parts. Each table is 1840mm x 3740mm (over 6ft x 12ft) which means the machine can cut large pieces such as boardroom tables, as well as a number of small pieces in 6 zones with dedicated popup pins for rapid simultaneous production.
Huge vacuum dust control locating channels ensure clean parts, a clean work environment and no scratches on the finished pieces.
This is one big router !!
6 zones of popup pins (shown on table front) ensure accurate cut part routing and fast positioning when the machine is used for routing pre-cut parts.
