Our Shoda full-sheet CNC router is doubly efficient over other full-sheet machines because it features an additional toolchanger which is servo-spaced. This means that it can rout 2 parts at once out of the sheet because the 2nd toolchanger is moved left or right to the precise spot where it needs to be to cut based on the part size. We rout at least twice as fast as other manufacturers when full sheet nesting parts because our high speed Shoda router has servo-spaced heads. This means that the software controls how far apart they are so they are always at the exact right space for cutting your part.
