Our Meyer — Cut to Size quickly and accurately on a high speed German made machine.
We purchased our new Meyer panelsaw in 2003 after it was demonstrated that it could cut parts accurately to within one tenth of a millimeter.
This panel saw is fully automated with easy to setup windows-based software that uses either inches or metric inputs and shows the operator the exact pattern that will be cut from the panels.
It has a table size of 14 feet which allows even the largest panels to easily be cut and trimmed. With a gripper size of 105mm, the saw can cut five 3/4" thick sheets at once. Of course, it features a scoring blade to ensure proper cutting without nicks on the underside.
Throughput is assisted with the use of a hydraulic scissor lift.
